Starting a project migrating a variety of Umbutu distros(Dapper, Hardy, Lucid) from Xen 5.6 to vSphere 5.0

Had some success converting Hardy and Lucid
Hitting some snags on Lucid

Looking for tips and gotchas also any automation guidance would be super, any migration checklists specific to Linux
