I wonder if the user/account that is used to connect VUM (required during VUM installation) to vCenter really needs the Administrator role on the root folder of vCenter Server. Does anyone know detailed prvileges?
Btw. I'm not talking about a user that is able to configure VUM and manage updates. This has already been discussed so much in the community
There's actually no connection being made to VUM, it's really just checking for specific ports and looking at the APIs.
