I'll rerout your concern to the right person, but to speed-up investigation, could you please give us more info regarding:
1. Host config (RAM, etc)
have upgraded my VMware workstation TP
from (WS version)?
3. Steps to reproduce -- Open WS UI->Power On VM (VM info)->...?
-- and please attach UI Log (Help->About->UI log file).
