Infact both, I know the parameters are set  by the vmware are recommended , but some people they set some paraameters for better performance ?

Hi,

Could you clarify what you are trying to do? The 'out of the box' settings will be fine for performance unless you are trying to do something in particular.

The settings you see there are generally not things you would change unless you are trying to accomplish something in particular - e.g. changing storage claim timeouts etc.
