Backup ESXI 4.1 from Symantec Backup Exec 2012 with the Agent for Vmware installed

Hi

I purchased the Agent for Vmware  on Symantec Backup Exec 2012

It  Lets me  select the Virtual machine for Backup from Symantec Backup Exec  software,

but when start the Backup job, get the following error:

The job failed with the following error: Unable to create a snapshot of the virtual machine. The virtual machine may be too busy to quiesce to take the snapshot

Is something should be installed into  ESXI   for solving the Job backup

No Confiugration has to be done on ESXi host. It amy be becasue of multiple VSS componets installed on the guest.

What is the guest OS you are trying to backup? If its windows Re-install VMware tools by selecting custom option and remove VMware VSS and File Sync Driver Option and
