How to know which users are logged on Windows VM's

Is there any way to quickly find out which users are logged on Windows virtual machines through vSphere client or PowerCLI?

I dont think we can find the users who logged into the VMs through vSphere Client, since its a gues OS property.

An alternative would be using windows commands.

I know how to find this information with Microsoft tools, but I am interesting is it possible with vmware tools.
