I have had this when the broker IP or DNS has been changed and the certificate has already been installed on the host. Suggest you try to re-install the certificate.

Hi Paul,

I am experiencing the same issue with my environment. I have view connection server 5.0.1 running with the view client 5.0.1.

I am only experiencing the issue on HP thin clients where any other computer with view client installed will connect fine.

The thin clients are running view client version 5.0.1.

When i go to my connection server via web browser on the thin clients it also states there is a certificate error. When i do this on any other computer the certificate loads correctly.

This leaves me to believe there is no issue with my connection server but rather some problem with the Windows Embedded thin clients.

Very strange issue to troubleshoot, any thoughts on this one would be much appreciated!

Sincerely Marc.

To All,

After further troubleshooting i found that manually importing the root and intermediate certificates from go daddy solves my issue. A bit of a pain if theres more than 5 thin clients which connect to the view environment.
