Server virtualization

Our company has about 25 physical servers running Windows 2003 and 2008 OS.  We also have Exchange 2007 and 2010, SQL 2005 and 2008,  Sharepoint 2007 and 2010, and Windows 2003 and 2008 R2 domain controllers.

I am looking for documents, guides, best practices for migrating physical servers to VMs.  Please let me know if these documents available on VMware website.
