I have just received my new keys to upgrade from Essentials Plus to Standard. Is there an order to follow to change the keys for vSphere and the hosts?
Just add all your license keys to vCenter and re-allocate your assets to the new license keys all in one go. If anything, you may need to do vCenter first and then the hosts.
