Does anyone know if it's possible to remove the password protection from PDF reports that are generated and emailed from Chargeback.
It is extremely painful to have to supply a password to view a PDF report each time that I want to open it. And worse still, the password which is a randomly generated string could never be remembered. If you delete the email that holds the password, then you will never be able to open the report.
I cannot seem to find anywhere that will allow me to turn of the password protection.
The reports that I'm generating and emailing are for internal use and will never be distributed outside of the organisation. It would be handy if there was an option provided ti give us the choice if we wanted to use password protection rather than be forced to use it.
