Cost Optimization dashboard report error

I have vcops 5 enterprise configured in my environment.  I followed the integration steps from the user manual by giving vCenter Operations User privilege to the vCenter Server user that was used for adding the vcenter server into chargeback.

However, When I tried to view the cost optimization report from dashboard, I get the following error message:

Next 30 Days Report:Unable to retrieve usage information for entity in VC:'vc_IP_Address'.
Next 31-60 Days Report:Unable to retrieve usage information for entity in VC:'vc_IP_Address'.
Next 61-90 Days Report:Unable to retrieve usage information for entity in VC:'vc_IP_Address'.
Cost Optimization Report:Unable to retrieve optimization information for entity in VC:'vc_IP_Address'

Any idea?

Please Update User - ha-folder-root - Completed.

and Create User -  ha-folder-root - The specified key, name, or identifier already exists.

Hope this will resolve your problem.

I am getting the same error, does anyone have a solution to this?

We need the logs to tell you the cause of the failure.

Also check if there is any entity with comma(' , ') in its name.

If yes, replace comma by some other character.
