vCenter Configuration Manager sizing worksheet

Hi

This might be me being thick but i'm currently sizing out a Configration Manager installation for a client and it mentions i need to use the vCenter Configuration Manager sizing worksheet. The problem is there doesn't seem to be any kind of sizing worksheet I can find. Am i missing something?

The only sizing worksheet that I have seen can be found on page 12 of the VMware vCenter Configuration Manager Hardware
and Software Requirements Guide.
