Migrate from RHEL Hypervisor to esxi

Hi,

I would like to migrate my RHEL 5 from RHEL Hypervisor to esxi VM,

does anybody has an idea how to migrate it ?

Unfortunately this is KVM

RHEL does not support Xen in RHEL 5, this manual looks pretty good, I wish to found  the same for KVM
