Wall mount problem

i use hyperic v_4.2.3 with jboss and mysql
walmount takes time to detect the status of platform (

and i have this message
"too many failer to request new alerts"

please help me

Try to check from server logs if there are any errors/expections. This popup notification was added to give info for user if 10 requests fails(e.g. if authentication cookie is not valid anymore).

Then only way to see what happening is to check browser javascript error logs. If that doesn't give any hint, last options is to use firebug in firefox or chrome buildin debugger to track xhr requests from javascript.

Server log however will show if requests are coming through. Have you tried different browsers?
