vCenter Alarm Creation

So looking over documention on alarms and triggers I noticed that one of the documents talks about being able to trigger on Virtual Machine CPU utilization however when looking in our Virtual Center Alarms we do not have an alarm with this name nor when I go to create a new alarm do I have an option of triggering on VM CPU utilization.  I have VM CPU ready time.  What needs done to create an alarm to trigger on VM CPU utilization?

VM CPU Usuage % will be one of the trigger type.

Thank you both for the information but maybe I am not making myself clear.  When I goto create an alarm I do not have a trigger options of "CPU Utilization %" or even "CPU Usage".  I have "CPU Ready Time" available but no CPU usage type tiggers.
