I have Vshpere ESXi 4.1 Update 1 running a Windows Server 2003 VM. On an XP station with Vsphere Client (version made for Update 1) I have no problem connecting to the CD Rom of the workstation.
Now we have our first test workstation with Win 7 Enterprise. Everything seems to work except that when I try to connect to the CD Rom after a few seconds it returns the message to the effect, "The CD/DVD Rom device has been disconnected", something similar to that.
I am not in front of the workstation and have to post these issues from home because where I work all forums are blocked.
