Either at boot or during services.sh restart this one takes way longer then I think it should
Anybody having an idea how to speed it up?

Is there a way to permanently disable usbarbitraror service (apart from hacking the services.sh)?
I can sure do it manually via SSH, but could not find anything easy to do it permanently
