NIC Driver Intel 82559

Hi Im trying to add 2 network cards to my ESX4 host. Though it appears that they have removed support for these cards in version 4 I can still seem them via a lspci.

What is the easiest / quickest method to install the Intel 82559 card ?

You are correct. Support for this NIC has been discontinued (http://kb.vmware.com/kb/1012547) Rather than looking for an unsupported driver, I'd recommend you replace the NICs by supported ones. Even if you could get a driver for the current version, you never know whether this will still work after an update.

Hi unsupported device you cannt configure even it configured will not work properly.
