Fusion 4 Virtual Machine Library window

The new Virtual Machine Library in Fusion 4 is annoying in several ways:

1) When you select a virtual machine and go to Settings, the virtual machine takes over the library window.  When you close the virtual machine window, the library is now gone.

2) When you start a virtual machine, the virtual machine takes over the library window and resizes it.  When you suspend or shut down the virtual machine, the library window is left at the same size as the virtual machine.

It seems that VMware has forgotten that some people use more than one virtual machine in Fusion.  The constant taking over and resizing of the Virtual Machine Library window makes it difficult to use multiple VMs in Fusion.

I want Fusion to leave the Virtual Machine Library window at the same size that I set it to.  When accessing settings or starting a virtual machine, I want Fusion to display the virtual machine in a new window rather than taking over and resizing the Virtual Machine Library window.  I want the Virtual Machine Library window to remain open unless I close it myself.  When suspending or shutting down a virtual machine, I want that to be done in its own window rather than resizing the Virtual Machine Library window.

VMware Fusion 4's GUI is absolutely horrible! and many complaints about its new design were immediately voiced in the beta testing and VMware's response was, and I paraphrase, get use to it as it will never be the way it was in the past.

While I do have a copy of it installed on a secondary system, nonetheless I do not have nor will ever install it on my primary system and continue to use VMware Fusion 3.x under OS X 10.6.x  If VMware does not release a fully compatible and officially supported 3.x version for Mac OS X Lion then when I do upgrade my primary system to Mac OS X Lion the only virtualization product that will be installed is Parallels!
