Upgrade - install ESXi 5 on ESXi 4.1 usb hyperviso...

I bought last year an IBM server wih USB embedded hypervisor 4.1.

All technologies with the advanced essential license are working fine.

Now I want to upgrade to ESXi 5.

Anyone who did this , follow steps to do this would be of great help.

1. Check the system requirement, if the current hardware supports ESXi5.0 in vmware HCL.

2. Format the USB Flash drive to boot the esxi installation, refer below link for how to format USB Flash drive.

3.Boot with ISO image that is on the vmware site for esxi 5.0 embedded.
