Updated to 4 and now Fusion has errors and will not open at all

I updated from Fusion 3 to Fusion 4 tonight, and now Fusion will not open. I get the following error:

The disk "/Users/scooney/Documents/Virtual Machines.localized/Windows Vista.vmwarevm/Windows Vista.vmdk" has internal consistency errors that might be caused by partial corruption of the disk file.

It is recommended that you restore a backup of this virtual machine. If you do not have a backup, VMware Fusion can repair the disk, but there is a possibility that the data on the disk may be corrupt and affect the stability of the guest.
Do you wish to repair the disk and continue?

When I click it "YES", I then get this message:

The operation on file "/Users/scooney/Documents/Virtual Machines.localized/Windows Vista.vmwarevm/Windows Vista-s017.vmdk" failed.

If the file resides on a remote file system, make sure that the network connection and the server where this disk resides are functioning properly. If the file resides on removable media, reattach the media.
Select Retry to attempt the operation again.
Select Cancel to end this session.
Select Continue to forward the error to the guest operating system.

No matter which one I check, there is nothing I can do to make it work. I do not see any backups that I have saved recently as well. I have attached the .tgz log and any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
