We need to separate vCenter 5 from vCenter Appliance, because they are NOT the same product, for one many 3rd party apps don't work with the Appliance, things don't install the same way..

Different OS linux vs Windows (we can't even install Linux if we wanted to)

Different management support..

So I am starting a campaign to make a NEW thread for JUST the vCenter Appliance.. What do you think?

The forums structure is being worked on. There is some agreement about having a dedicated vCenter Appliance forum so lets see what happens.
