Hello All,
We are currently having issues redirecting certain smart cards to Windows XP guest's.
We are using HP T5745 Thin Clients with Open Client version 4.6 to connect to the guest XP VM.
We have 3 different type of Smart Card Readers.
Reader 1 : Gemplus PC430 SmartCard Reader from DataKey
Reader 2 : OmniKey 3121 USB Reader
Reader 3 : HP Keyboard with SmartCard
When connecting to the VM using Reader 1 (Datakey). The VM detects and installs the reader successfully in the guest OS. I insert the card and all applications work fine. woot!! 
When connecting the other two devices, no reader is detected in VM. Nothing shows up in device manager and inserting a card has no effect. If I use the same card readers on a Windows XP that has the Client installs works fine, so I know it's the ThinClient the issue...
On the ThinClient :
If I list the usb devices using lsusb , all devices show up in the list. I'm assuming that this means that the Devices were properly detected and the drivers were loaded by the Thinclient OS...or AM I mistaken?
I've started client with option --usb=inid:vixXXXXpidXXXX without success.
Any clues or sugestions to get these card readers to work would be appreciated.
