VUM 5.0 vSphere Update Manager Utility Broken?

I am trying to update the SSL certificates in VUM 5.0, however it seems the VMware vSphere Update Manager Utility is broken. This worked fine in 4.1. The error I get when launching the utility is:

Could not find file "D:\Program Files (x86)\VMware Infrastructure\Update Manager\SSL\vum-utility.key"

I searched both my C and D drives for that file and it does NOT exist. It DOES exist on my vSphere 4.1 installation, but NOT a clean 5.0 install.

Anyone else seeing this behavior?

I encountered this on 5.1. It apparently expects you to be in Program Files (x86)\VMware Infrastructure\Update Manager so that the working directory is the install directory. You cannot run it via it's full path from some other directory.
