Too bad I missed the VCP-DT beta. I'm planning on taking that very soon.  Update: Took and passed the VCP-DT today.  Just waiting for VCAP, then on to VCDX...

I saw your name floating around Twitter with the #1 so maybe he got it from there.     I took the VCP-DT and passed with a better score than I had on the VCA-DT.    Not sure how that happened but it did.

I did not get the VCP-DT beta either ... oh well.  Still cool to be in the single digits for any cert

Hey guys,

I can fill two more gaps within the single digit cert number range:

7. Steffen Özcan (or Oezcan), Germany

8. Daniel Chroszcz (now that was an easy one, right ), Switzerland

We both are not twittering, we are already too much in touch with the technical stuff day-by-day. We did the beta exam at PEX ´11 in Orlando, Daniel also did the VCP-DT beta exam shortly afterwards and passed, but the cert numbers are not yet published. I am going to do the VCP-DT exam tomorrow as I was not able to attend the beta exam. Update: just passed the VCP-DT exam, well done.

Thanks for maintaining the list, interesting to see how many people are achieving this brand new certification track in the VDI space.
