NTP Best Practices

Hello,

I have the below scenarion, running multiple PDC emulator in diffrent sites with NTP enabled on the parent domain PDC emulator.

Is it recommended to sync ESX hosts at each site with its local PDC emulator? or its better to sync all with one single NTP server which is the root domain PDC emulator?

it would sync with the nearest pdc emulator. the diagram looks familiar, wondering where did you get it?
