Linux P2V error with partition in multipath

I'm trying to migrate a physical machine Linux (Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4.0) to virtual vConverterStandalone and do not start the process. Always says:

"You can not convert the virtual machine"

I think the problem comes because the / boot partition is located on a LUN that the operating system is RedHat through a multipath.

     /dev/mapper/mpath01m / boot ext3 rw

Any solution? Can I temporarily remove multipath and conversion?

Thanks

Welcome to the community.

You can try to temporally umount the /boot partition to see if the problem is there.

I do not remember if RH4 is supported by converter.

Thanks Andre!

I unmounted the /boot partition. After, I need to pass this partition to an usb stick and vCenterConverter worked fine!

Thanks!
