Remote console Stuck or Frozen

hi guys

I got 2 VM (win2008) where the remote console is stuck I cannot do anything in there in fact you see the time in one of them and it says Marcg 31 and has been like that since that date....but the VM is still functioning and RDP works OK.

this is happening in 2 VMs and suddenly happens in other 2 VMs

any idea thanks a lot

First try restart agents in host where those machines are running.
service mgmt-vmware restart.
service vmware-vpxa restart.

Second check if this hosts is registred in DNS with FQDN.

that is already done no change at all

if you have a vcenter, a sample troubleshooting is do a vmotion to another host to see if console back to normal.

if you receive any message of error, tell me.
