VMWare workstation 7.1.4 failed to install on Win7 x86

VMWare workstation 7.1.4 failed to install on Windows 7 x86 SP1 with error - "Failed to write to the requested registry valueValue: FOILError: 5"

I also tried 7.1.3 with same error.
