Esx 3.5 & Vsphere 4 (Esx4) difference in network feature

Hello Guys,

I would like to know the difference of Esx 3.5 & Vsphere 4 (Esx4) in network feature.

Particulary enhanced network feature in vsphere 4. I am not sure it's been already answered for this question in this forum. But I couldn't find anything relevant.
