esxcfg-firewall -q gives different output then VC4 Security profil

How come the esxcfg-firewall -q gives completly different output then Security profile / Firewall in VC4?

On ESX console I get:

Opened ports:
        esXpressLicenseClient: port 64420 udp.in udp.out
        caagentd            : port 6050 tcp.in tcp.out udp.out
        APC PowerChute Port 3052: port 3052 tcp.in tcp.out udp.in udp.out
        caagentd            : port 6051 tcp.in tcp.out udp.in
        OpenManageRequest   : port 1311 tcp.in
Use of uninitialized value in printf at /usr/sbin/esxcfg-firewall line 635.
                            : port 80 tcp.out

But in VC4 I have quite few other/different exceptions
