vMotion with limited cores.

Any issues with utilizing vMotion when you have the # of cores limited/set in the vmx configuration file?  We are looking at a farm of vm enterprise servers that will reside on multi core machine (4-6 cores).  However the software must only run on dual core machines because of licensing.  So with a little bit of research found this article http://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externalId=1010184&sl...

I want to make sure that when a vMotion of a machine occurs across physical machines that limiting the cores via this configuration will not cause problems.  I assume the vMotion issue is only when migrating across physcial vmservers with different core counts.

Thanks,

I have tested this many times in the past and it works fine. No need to worry,
