Virtual Machine network issues and packet loss

We are experiencing issues in our newly built ESXi 4.1 U1 environment.

Virtual Machines are having packet loss, after higher network load on 10gbit network. Without a load, there are less packet losses.

By changing those network groups to use a 1 Gbit Uplink ports, it works fine, no network isseus at all.

ISCSI uses 10Gbit over Broadcom vmhba adapters without any network issues. All other 1Gbit traffic working fine as well.

Underlying hardware:

Dell Blades M1000i using 10Gbit passthrough

Juniper EX8208 Network devices with Flow COntrol and Storm Conrtol enabled

vmxnet3 is used

Any ideas for troubleshooting? Is there any tool to troubleshoot virtual switches or is it not accessible?

Thanks for all!

The answer is: ESX hosts are only supporting max 4x physical 10gbit adapters connected but hours host had 8
