Stop Virtual Machine problem with Fusion

I'm using Fusion 3.1.2 on Mac OS X 10.6.5. I try to automate VM restore process using vmrun.

I noticed that If I stop a virtual machine using vmrun stop PATH_TO_VMX, although the VM is stopped. the virtual machine windows still there, won't be closed. So the number of VM windows will increase each time I stop a virtual machine and start another...

Is there a way to automatically close the VM window?
