USB in VSphere 4.1

emulates a pendrive on esxi 4 .1, however time he appears time it does not appear, wonder what is correct way to do the same.

Are you tying to get access to a USB pen drive from the ESX(i) host or from a guest Virtual Machine?

Also try asking your question in your native language.

If you are trying to pass the USB device to a guest OS, this KB has a list of supported devices.  If it is not on that list I would not expect it to work reliably if at all.
