vCentre Convertor Windows 7 FAILED

Hi,

I ran a 'Convert Machine' on a Windows 7 computer yesterday.    It had to convert a larger HD size of around 300Gb so I left running over night.   The conversion FAILED at 98% after over 6 hours reporting 'FAILED: A general system error occurred InternalError'   (Log attached)

Any ideas why this failed and how to resolve would be helpful.  Thanks

do you still have the VM in your inventory?  Are the VM files on the datastore?  If so, can you use converter again and this time choose "configure" machine?
