SCO UnixWare7.1.4 on esx4

Has anyone succesfuly install and use in production SCO UnixWare7.1.4 on esx4?

I have some dillema about BUS or LSI driver, some problems with network..., and any practise advice about procedure of installation will be helfull.

i've only done it in vmware server due to that it needs to use a special serial devices. at that time i've used IDE
iDLE-jAM | VCP 2, VCP 3 & VCP 4

whats the problem with IDE ? - the defaults most times work best
