Cannot install vcenter agent service. unknown installer error

I am getting this error while adding ESXI 4.0 host in Virtual center.

Cannot install vcenter agent service. unknown installer error.

After this error host showing disconnected.

Please find error screenshot attached.

try issuing this command in command line

1. services.sh restart
