Setting up HA on single VMs

Is it possible to have an HA cluster but only specific machines that are HA enabled?

The simplest way to achieve this is to disable restarts on the VM's you dont want HA to be enabled on in the cluster settings

Under VM options in HA and change the restart priority.

Hi,

I agree with scott. you can do it by setting up VM restart priority on HA VM settings.

I understand how HA works with the hosts. I was asking about how it can be disabled for VMs on the hosts. I have made the changes as Scott suggested and they appear to be what I was looking for.

Thanks
