Cannot create a diagnostic bundle

Hey guys,

I'm runing VMware vCenter Server 4.0.0 (build 208111). There are 30 hosts all running ESX 4.0.0 I'm trying to gather some logs but everytime I try export the system logs from vCenter I keep getting the error "Cannot create a diagnostic bundle". I've searched high and low on the web for this error but came up with squat! Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks.

have you narrowed it down and tried on just one host?

can you generate bundles from the console (didn't see ESXi)?

can you post the vpxd logs from vCenter? usually those logs have more data from vCenter telling you what the problem is. also you can take a look at /var/log/vmkernel and /var/log/vmkwarning and hostd logs on esx, if this is a console version. can you post a screenshot of the error?
