Can't power on the x64 bit VM's

I have a DX58SO MOBO, Quad Core i7 processor, 8GB RAM and have created the a small test lab inside the Workstation 7.1 that include vCenter running on Server 2008 R2 and two vSphere 4.0 hosts running.

Everything was running perfect until last week when I restarted the host and all the x64 bit VM's did not power on after that reboot. Since last week I have tried almost everything I could..

1. VT is enabled in the BIOS

2. Host is power cycled after VT enable.

3. Updated the BIOS version.

4. Changed the CPU NX/XD values on the VM, I have set them to default too.

5. Verified the processor and VT with the Intel Processor ID utility.

6. Recreted the host.

I still can't get the x64 bit VM's to power on. I know VT is fully enabled because otherwise my vCenter and ESX host won't power on anyways.

Please can someone suggest whatelse can be done here.

Thanks

Regards,
