vSphere and Microsoft Exchange 2010

Hello does anybody know of a recommended practice guide for the configuration of Exchange 2010 on vSphere. I am thinking mainly about Cluster requriements for DAG's in regards to HA, DRS and FT

I have not seen one - but this may be due to MS stance on the virtualisation of Exchange 2010. - They seem to be discouraging it - even with Hyper-V by placing obstacles in the way. The following document details MS support policy on virtualising exchange 2010. - This only comes into play if you ever need to call on MS support.

I know our MS consultants won't virtualise Exchange 2010 mailbox server roles as they want to use the R and R features in Exchange 2010, rather than features in vSphere. They have no problem with the Hub and CAS roles being virtualised as the data on these separate server roles is transient in nature.

Also Tom if you can wait a week or two there were some sessions at VMworld on this exact topic. I would keep an eye out for them when they go out public for more information as well.
