Yes it looks like it does.
Both vendors have made incremental improvements to their hardware-assisted virtualization technology, and now both vendors offer a major advancement in the form of virtual MMU support, or nested paging. AMD was the first to come out with nested paging in their Family 10H (Phenom) processors, and they dub their nested paging technology RVI (Rapid Virtualization Indexing)
But if I was you I would still check the processor features itself to make sure.
