vmware standalone converter failed with " unable to obtain the hardware information on the selected machine"

Hi,

I want to convert a win2K3 virtual machine by standalone converter 4.0.1(161434), but the conversion failed when the error "unable to obtain the hardware information on the selected machine" and the window OS poped a warning " delayed write failed".

Are there any one know what's wrong with it and how to fix the problem?

Hi, Did you checked the logs, it would give more detailed info on the error which might help us.
