VC cant vMotion and has high CPU utilization

Have a physical VC 2.5 U3 that is experiencing high cpu/memory utilization. When trying to vMotion it shows "In Progress", but never vMotions. Any suggestions? A reboot dosn't help.

- Check task manager in order to find out what process is consuming CPU.

- Try stoping webmanagement and check if goes better

- If it have local database, don't use vcenter with more than 5 hosts

- Check your database server if it is external
