As I've already mentioned in the other thread you posted in, the script is NOT meant to be executed on ESX or ESXi host. You need to install vCLI on either Windows or Linux system or use VMware's vMA virtual appliance which is a RHEL base.
Again, please take a look at the documentation for the script you're referring to: on how to setup and use the script.
If there is a language barrier, you may want to have someone translate what you're trying to do/accomplish and I'll try to help. Though spamming in multiple forums without answering any of my basic questions will not yield any results
