Add host to cluster fail

When I try add a esx host to HA Cluster fail with an error that say: Cannot install the vCenter agent service. Unknown installer error. Are host esxi with Tech support enabled. With other host worked fine. Thanks,

Check the agent installer log on the ESXi host at /var/log/vmware/vpx-iupgrade.log.

is it vCenter 4 Update 1 with ESXi4 host? there's an issue with them not wanting to accept the vcagent. quick fix is to reboot the host and try again, or update the host with the latest patches.
