VM ESX versus ESXi

I'm about to install VM ESX or ESXi but I am trying

to decide what version should I use for a host. I know ESX uses a

service console but ESXi also has a benefit. I need some expert advice

to what is the best route and for future growth. I am planning to

install 2 host VM and iSCSI for redundancy.

If any one can give me some advice, I would certainly appreciate.

Thanks,

Collin

Have a look at:

Both solution could be fine, but IMHO at this time I prefer full ESX...

But ESXi will be (probably) the future...

Thank you for the information. It is very informative. I guess ESXi will be here for a long time.
