Virtual network adapters do not keep static IP settings after P2V using VM Converter

After a P2V, the virtual machine has two VMWare nics, however only one will keep it's static address, the other will always revert to DHCP and Autoconfig.

It doesn't matter which NIC is configured, the other will always revert to DHCP

This has occurred several times - does anyone have a resolution?

VMTools are installed
