Not technical - I have two serial numbers and upgraded them both but never got the second key. This happened when I upgraded to 2.0, too. While some things seem to never change, at least the upgrade works fine on my Gen 1 MBP.
Edit: And having run it for a bit, how do I get rid of the double-ended arrow on the Mac menu bar and ensure it never ever shows up again? I don't like that kind of cozy relationship with Windows on my Mac.
